These tours offer a cultural experience, learning about Gabo's daily life in the Getsemaní neighborhood of Cartagena and its connection to the Macondo depicted in his works. They also allow you to enjoy Caribbean culture, its physical environment, architecture, landscapes, cuisine, music, folklore, and people; in short, a glimpse into the Macondo that Gabo portrays in his novels.

This "A Good Time" Experience Macondo in Getsemaní tour consists of a trip along the Gabo Route, starting from the Camellón de los Mártires and visiting Macondo sites in Getsemaní, offering cultural experiences such as folklore, gastronomy, and art. It lasts 3 hours.

Includes:

  1. Visit to the Cave, for lunch (buffet of typical Cartagena dishes – pre-set menu).

  2. Visit to Delia Zapata's home for a chat over Colombian coffee.

  3. Bike tour along the Gabo route in Getsemaní (a 600 ml bottle of water and the bike).

  4. Visit the Carpintero Club for a cocktail or beer and a screening of a short video about Gabo.
